We provide event submission, artist promotion, branded content, and related creative services.

3. Event Submissions

Companies, promoters, and brands submitting events affirm they are authorized to do so.

Submitted information must be accurate, lawful, and free of third-party infringement.

Submission does not guarantee artist participation, coverage, or promotion.

4. Artist Engagements

Artists engaging with events or opportunities do so at their own discretion.

AsheQ Music is not responsible for contracts, payments, or disputes between artists and event organizers.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on AsheQMusic.net (logos, text, graphics, videos, etc.) is owned by AsheQ Music unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, distribute, or exploit content without prior written consent.

Event details submitted may be used by AsheQ Music for promotional purposes.

 

6. Liability & Indemnification

AsheQ Music is not liable for damages, losses, or disputes arising from event participation, submissions, or third-party engagements.

Users agree to indemnify and hold AsheQ Music harmless against claims related to their submissions, events, or actions.

 

7. Privacy & Data Use

By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or misuse user data.

 

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Newport County, Rhode Island.
