I'm gonna be honest with you guys: when I clicked the thumbnail to the project, I had my fingers crossed; I wasn't sure what to expect, but let me tell you, I'm so glad I did! Josh Phillips and his new song Starts to Rain are not to be slept on. This beautifully orchestrated song sounds like the soundtrack to your next favorite Netflix show. The sultry Latin-inspired horns flow so well over the drums, only making a more significant impact when accompanied by Josh's vocals. It was certainly enough to keep us engaged; what do ya'll think? Does Phillips have a hit on his hand, or what?
