Pawtucket, Rhode Island native Riko Rose authorizes the release of his latest single Tek It. It's fascinating that Rose isn't a major argument of many Rhode Island artist deliberations, many "Rhode Island Top Artists" lists also imply that his name doesn't hold esteem in the state. How true is that though? I've personally caught Rhode Island's discontent with drill music, could the prejudice towards this sound be what's barring Riko's recognition? Or is the state blind to true talent?
